Green cars have come a long way in recent years, and the Volvo brand is always staying ahead of the curve with new Volvo offerings that could attract more drivers than the typical green vehicle. One of the next additions to our lineup is the Volvo EX30, a smaller SUV that won't require a single ounce of gasoline. Let's take a closer look at this model and why we're looking forward to it here at Tom Wood Volvo.
A Compact Electric Vehicle
The Volvo EX30 slots in below the Volvo EX40, making it the smallest Volvo SUV yet. It's an entry-level model, aimed to entice younger drivers to the Volvo brand’s unique blend of safety, technology, and luxury.
This Volvo model will run completely on electric power, so you'll never have to worry about high gas prices ever again. It will also offer a few different customization options, making it easier to drive a Volvo EV that ideally suits your driving needs.
Multiple Battery Packs
This Volvo model will also offer different battery packs, each with different range figures. If you’re mainly driving locally, the smaller battery pack will be fine. If longer drives are in your future, pick a larger unit for the ideal balance of range and cost.
Available by Subscription
Volvo pioneered a subscription model alongside leasing and financing for the Volvo XC40. That option will be available for the Volvo XC30 too, giving drivers even more ways to make this SUV their own.
Test-Drive an Eco-Friendly Volvo Model
This is what we know about the Volvo EX30 so far, and we look forward to learning more before its official debut this June.
