He holds certifications such as a Master Certification in Volvo and is a Product Specialist. He attended Fishers High School and briefly pursued higher education at Ball State University. Brandon's philosophy revolves around treating all his customers like close friends or family, striving to go above and beyond to make their experience truly memorable. During his free time, he indulges in activities such as riding motorcycles, working on project cars, attending car shows and events, and spending time with family and friends. Jordan Cates began his career as a Sales professional at Jaguar Land Rover Volvo in May 2024. Although new to the industry, Jordan brings a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people. He believes in treating people with kindness and fairness. In his free time, Jordan enjoys working out, playing basketball, and watching anime. He holds a degree in management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University. His philosophy centers on his passion for the safety and sustainability of Volvo cars and treating clients like family to reduce the stress of car buying. In his free time, Nathaniel enjoys working out, playing soccer, hiking, and going for bike rides. He's excited about the forthcoming Volvo EX30, not only for its cutting-edge technology but also for its affordability as an electric vehicle option.

Steve Vankos is currently serving as the Sales Manager at Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo and has experience in the automotive industry dating back to 2003. His education was completed in Hungary with a background in horticulture mechanics. Steve's philosophy centers around building lasting customer relationships by delivering purchase and ownership experiences that make clients loyal for life. During his free time, he enjoys various activities such as camping, traveling, playing sports, tennis, going to the gym, running, and DIY projects.
